This wedge-shaped removal aid catches a suitable heel in an open rounded fork. While seated, hold the low end down with your other foot and gently lift the shoe out of the fork. Cross grooves texture the low support area. Measure the heel where the fork will engage and allow for your own felt or rubber lining. Fit the lining separately so hard edges cannot mark the footwear. The opening must catch beneath an appropriate heel; it will not work with every shoe shape. Use on a level floor and try it gently first. For seated use only: do not stand on it or use it as a step or body support. Adjustable values: Clear fork width including soft lining: 45–75 mm; Depth of the open heel seat: 50–75 mm; Overall support length: 130–185 mm; Height at the fork end: 18–34 mm; Thickness at the low support end: 6–10 mm.
