This configurator creates a custom threaded nut or lead screw nut with a true helical internal thread. It supports common metric M sizes and parallel G pipe threads following the BSPP/ISO 228 principle. Selecting the thread size automatically sets nominal diameter, pitch and flank angle. The body can be cylindrical, hexagonal or flanged, and the thread can be right- or left-handed. Nut length, body diameter, flange diameter and flange thickness remain adjustable. Typical uses include lead screws, linear drives, guides, adjustment mechanisms, 3D printers, CNC prototypes, robotics, jigs, plumbing prototypes and pipe thread applications. G/BSPP designations are nominal pipe sizes and do not directly equal the measured outside diameter. Verify diameter, pitch, direction and clearance before printing.
