TwistDrive is a fully configurable custom helical gear for mechanical engineering, robotics, model making, conveyor systems, prototyping, 3D printing and custom gearbox design. The BOSL2-based involute tooth geometry provides a cleaner technical tooth profile, smoother operation, better power transmission and reduced noise compared with simplified polygon tooth profiles. Tooth count, module, face width, helix angle, bore, hub and bore clearance can be adjusted individually.
