This parametric pump impeller creates a customizable semi-open rotor for small water, oil and liquid pumps. Adjustable inputs include outside diameter, back-plate thickness, blade count, blade height, blade curvature and nominal D-shaft diameter. Hub size, blade thickness, fillets, lead-in chamfer and bore clearance are calculated automatically. It is intended as a geometric replacement, repair part, prototype or test impeller when the original rotor is unavailable. Typical uses include water pumps, oil pumps, coolant pumps, small centrifugal pumps, aquarium circulation pumps and model pumps with DC motors. Housing clearance, rotation, speed, balance, hydraulic performance, material and chemical compatibility must be validated. Not a certified high-speed or pressure-rated component.
