1. Liability / limitation of liability
Our services include the production of components using 3D scanning and 3D printing according to the customer's specifications. Eine Haftung für Schäden oder Fehlfunktionen, die durch unsachgemäße Verwendung, falschen Einbau oder nicht bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch entstehen, ist ausgeschlossen, soweit gesetzlich zulässig. Im Übrigen haftet rapid3d4service nur nach den gesetzlichen Vorschriften.
2. Intellectual property (copyright, patent, and trademark law)
Der Kunde bestätigt mit der Auftragserteilung, dass er über sämtliche erforderlichen Rechte zur Nutzung, Vervielfältigung und Herstellung the customer is not in possession of the transmitted models/files or the parts to be reproduced and that no copyrights, patent or trademark rights are infringed by the order Dritter verletzt werden. Der Kunde stellt rapid3d4service von sämtlichen Ansprüchen Dritter frei, die aufgrund einer Verletzung von Schutzrechten geltend gemacht werden (inkl. angemessener Rechtsverfolgungskosten).
3. Ausschluss für sicherheitsrelevante parte
Die Herstellung sicherheitsrelevanter Bauteile ist ausgeschlossen. Dies gilt insbesondere für Bauteile für Fahrzeuge, medizinische Geräte oder sicherheitskritische Maschinen/Anwendungen.
4. Uploaded files / customer models
Files provided by the customer (e.g. STL/3MF/OBJ/GLB) are not legally checked by BuildYour3D. A technical plausibility check (e.g. printability) can be carried out in individual cases, but is not owed. rapid3d4service behält sich vor, Aufträge bei rechtlichen oder technischen Zweifeln abzulehnen oder Rückfragen zu stellen.
5. Custom production (no right of withdrawal)
Since these are products manufactured individually according to customer specifications, there is no right of withdrawal according to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB.
6. Digital STL files and licence
Digital STL files are available immediately after confirmed payment through a personal, non-public link. The link can be used again for 30 days, and the file is also delivered by email. The file may be used privately and commercially for your own projects and to manufacture your own parts. Resale, publication, or redistribution of the digital file itself is not permitted. Our support team will help with technical problems.
