One Connector, Endless Constructions: Custom Tube and Profile Connectors
Configure custom connectors for round, square and rectangular tubes: 90° elbows, tees, crosses, 3D corners and six-way joints.
One connector. Endless constructions.
Configure tube and profile connectors to your exact dimensions: 90-degree elbows, tees, flat crosses, 3D corners and six-way spatial crosses for round tubes, square tubes and rectangular profiles. Adjust socket depth, wall thickness, clearance and optional screw holes.
Custom connector when standard fittings do not fit
Frames, furniture and workshop fixtures often fail because the available connector does not match the tube. The parametric configurator creates a push-fit connector from your dimensions without CAD. Download the STL or order the printed part.
Available geometries
Choose a 90-degree elbow, tee, flat X/Y cross, X/Y/Z 3D corner or six-way spatial cross. One model therefore covers pipe elbows, tee joints, cross fittings, cube corners and multi-direction frame nodes.
Round, square and rectangular profiles
Enter the outside diameter for round tube, or width and height for square and rectangular profiles. This supports plastic tubing, metal tubes, aluminium profiles and other suitable sections.
Ten adjustable parameters
Connector type, profile type, width or diameter, height, socket depth, wall thickness, clearance, screw holes, hole diameter and roundness quality define the model. Socket depth guides the profile, wall thickness affects stiffness and clearance controls fit.
Twenty practical projects
Light shelving, workshop frames, plant supports, greenhouse prototypes, camera rigs, display frames, cube frames, DIY furniture, guards, cable supports, sensor mounts, robot frames, test rigs, model making, partitions, transport racks, presentation systems, photo backdrops, camping prototypes and replacement joints.
Search intent
High-intent searches include custom tube connector, 20 mm pipe connector, round tube elbow, square tube tee, cross pipe fitting, cube connector, six-way connector, profile connector with screw hole, furniture frame connector, greenhouse connector and 3D printed pipe fitting.
Measurement and clearance
Measure the actual tube at several positions. Coatings, seams and rounded corners can affect fit. There is no universal clearance because printer calibration, material and profile tolerance vary. Print a short test socket for critical fits.
Screw holes and strength
Optional screw holes can prevent pull-out. Larger profiles and greater loads generally need more wall thickness and socket depth. Evaluate the screw, tube, connector and print material together.
Materials
PLA suits samples and light indoor parts. PETG is useful for tougher workshop connectors, ASA for UV and outdoor exposure. ABS, nylon and engineering filaments require controlled processing.
STL or printed part
Check the live preview, dimensions, socket directions and holes. Download the STL for Bambu Studio, Cura or PrusaSlicer, or continue to the 3D-print order flow.
Safety
Do not use an untested printed connector for structural buildings, fall protection, vehicles, lifting equipment, playground equipment or other safety-critical applications.

FAQ: universal tube connectors
Can I make a connector for 20 mm round tube?
Yes. Select round tube, enter 20 mm and allow suitable clearance.
Can I connect square tubing?
Yes. Enter width and height.
Can I make a cube corner?
Yes. Select the X/Y/Z 3D corner.
Is a six-way connector available?
Yes. Select the six-way spatial cross.
Can screw holes be added?
Yes. They are optional and the diameter is adjustable.
How much clearance should I use?
It depends on printer, material and tube tolerance. Print a test socket.
Which material is suitable outdoors?
ASA may be useful because of UV and weather resistance.
Can I download the STL?
Yes. It is generated from your parameters.
Can I order the printed part?
Yes. Continue to print ordering after configuration.
Is it certified for structural loads?
No. It is not automatically a certified structural part.
