Create a custom PC fan grille online with adjustable fan size, hole spacing, frame, struts, countersinks and center ring.
Configure a custom PC fan grille online
A PC fan grille protects fan blades from cables, fingers and foreign objects. It can also improve the look of a PC case, server, NAS, power supply or electronics enclosure. With the parametric configurator, you can create a custom fan guard for common fan sizes such as 80 mm, 92 mm, 120 mm and 140 mm.
Where can the fan grille be used?
The custom fan grille is suitable for PC cases, servers, NAS systems, DIY enclosures, electronics projects and maker builds. It is especially useful when standard fan guards do not fit or when you need a specific hole spacing, number of struts or design.
Important parameters explained
Fan size
The fan size defines the main outer dimension of the grille. Typical values are 80, 92, 120 or 140 mm.
Hole spacing
Hole spacing defines the distance between the mounting holes. For a 120 mm fan, a common value is around 105 mm.
Thickness and frame
The thickness affects the strength of the fan grille. The frame value controls the width of the outer border.
Hole diameter and countersink
The hole diameter determines which screws can be used. A countersink lets screw heads sit neatly inside the grille.
Struts and ring
The number and width of the struts influence protection, airflow and appearance. An optional ring can make the grille more stable and create a classic fan guard look.
Example for a 120 mm fan grille
A useful starting point for a 120 mm fan is: fan size 120 mm, hole spacing 105 mm, thickness 4 mm, frame 8 mm, hole diameter 4.3 mm, countersink diameter 8.5 mm, countersink depth 2 mm, 12 struts and 3.5 mm strut width.
Why use a parametric fan grille?
Many projects need parts that do not match standard dimensions. A parametric model lets you adjust size, mounting holes, struts, frame and design directly. You can then download the STL file or prepare the part for 3D printing.
Configure your PC fan grille now
Open the configurator, adjust the fan size, hole spacing, screw holes, struts and frame, and generate your custom PC fan grille as a 3D model.
